演员如何在舞台上运用自己的身体的基本技巧。演员的身体就是一个重要的工具，像画家的笔，像小提琴家的乐器。不论是什么类型的乐器，一定要随时维持在最佳状态。演员要有能力掌握自己的身体，以便自由真诚的把演出完美呈现课程结合 Meyerhold 理论与技巧的训练。

林建立导师 简介
Kien Lee is the Artistic Director of KL Shakespeare Players, one of the most active theatre companies in Malaysia. Even during the pandemic across 2020 and 2021, his company managed to present 72 live online shows.
His experiences in acting, directing, researching and producing Shakespeare’s plays have allowed him to develop a step-by-step approach, which helps actors play with classical texts He has also conducted various workshops on the same techniques for teachers and students.
Kien Lee’s directing credits include My Words on Your Lips, Hujan Pagi, King Lear, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Romeo & Juliet, Macbeth, The Merchant of Venice, Othello and Hamlet. In 2019 he was also commissioned by the French Embassy to direct Cyrano de Bergerac.
Meyerhold Training:Trained under Christopher Jacobs from 2003 to 2017, then attended Gennadi Bogdanov’s workshop at Perugia in 2008. Have given various workshops on actors’ physicality using Meyerhold’s principles.
